Last updated November 2026. My Commercial Maker is run by SHORE AI LLC, Malibu, California.

What we handle

The business name, details, offer, phone number or website and description you type, the style, voice and length you pick, your script and commercial, and the payment record. We do not ask you to make an account. Stripe, our payment service, collects your email and card details on its own page.

Why

Only to write your script, make your commercial, let you listen and download it, email you the link, and take payment. We do not sell your information. We do not use what you type to train AI models.

How your commercial is made

Your answers are sent to an AI writing service that returns the script. The script is then sent to an AI voice service that records it, an AI video service that makes the pictures and an AI music service that makes the music. We save your answers, script and commercial on our server so your link keeps working. A draft you never pay for is deleted after 3 hours. A paid commercial and its details are deleted 30 days after you buy it, and you can delete yours sooner with the Delete my commercial button on your page.

Your link

Your commercial page and download links are private web addresses that only you have. Anyone you give the link to can open it.

Who sees it

Service providers handle parts of the work under their own privacy terms: payments (Stripe), AI writing, AI voice, AI video, AI music, email (Resend) and hosting. People at My Commercial Maker can see order records when a customer needs help.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Neither receives your answers, scripts or commercials. We do not run them on the pages that hold your commercial or link.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can stop at any time. Delete your commercial from your page whenever you like. To ask about an order, write to info@mycommercialmaker.com.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections and is kept with reputable cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it.

Children

My Commercial Maker is for adults and businesses. It is not meant for children under 13.
