Questions
Plain answers, in plain words.
What is My Commercial Maker?
A simple way to get a finished video commercial for your business. You answer a few questions, we write the script and plan the scenes, and we make the commercial with pictures, a professional voice and music.
Do I need to write anything?
No. Tell us about your business and what you picture, in your own words. We write the script and plan the scenes. You read both before you pay.
Can I see the script before I pay?
Yes. The script is free. You can also hear a short taste of the voice for free. If you do not like the script, ask for a new one. You pay only when you are happy and want the finished commercial.
How long does it take?
Usually about 10 minutes after you pay, a little longer for the 90-second one. Your commercial appears on your own private page, and if you gave an email at checkout we email you the link when it is ready.
What lengths are there?
Thirty, sixty and ninety seconds. Each length has one price, shown on the page before you buy.
What do I get?
Two video versions of your commercial, with the same pictures, script and voice but different music, so you can pick the one you like. You can play them and download them as MP4 files. The business name and your phone number or website also appear on screen at the end.
How do you say my phone number or website?
The voice says it one digit at a time, the way an announcer would, and it also appears on screen at the end. We show you exactly how it will be said on the script page before you pay.
Are the voices real people?
No. The pictures, the voice and the music are all made by AI. Please do not tell anyone that real actors, a real crew or a real band made your commercial.
Can you copy a famous voice, song or ad?
No. We never copy a real person, voice, song or advertisement. You pick a style and we make something new.
Can I put it on TV?
You can use your finished commercial to promote your business anywhere you like, such as social media, your website, YouTube or inside your business. A TV station may have its own technical and legal requirements, and we cannot promise that a particular station will accept it. Check with them first.
What if it comes out wrong?
If a version did not finish, press Try again on your page. If a commercial we made has a real problem, tell us within 14 days and we will make it again or refund you. We do not refund because you changed your mind about the idea.
How long does my link last?
30 days. The link is for you. After 30 days your commercial is deleted and the link stops working. We do not keep it, so download your commercial before then. You can also delete it yourself any time from your page.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your card number.
